ZLD Waste Water Processing Technology
- In the pre-treatment process, the industrial waste water discharged from the plant is pretreated (by using chemicals or by ion exchange, etc.) to precipitate various pollutants and then discharged as sludge through dehydration process.
- · Supernatant discharged from the pretreatment process is discharged after concentration and crystallization process by using various energy saving facilities.
- · Condensate water from concentration and crystallization is recycled as industrial water.
Waste food/animal products waste water treatment system
- · After chemically treating the original waste water, the filtrate separated from the dehydration is concentrated.
- · This can be composed with energy saving facility system using MVR.
- · The condensate water from concentration system is biologically treated and then discharged (reducing over 95% biological processing load).
